I just needed to do this...My friend has always been very dear to me and I've always been somewhat amazingly jealous of her beautiful talents and the fact she has marvellous beauty. She plays various instruments along with being an absolutely amazing artist (she doesn't have a deviantART account though). She lives with her mother and three brothers.
She's been complaining a lot about strain being put on her eyes until her mother took her to an eye specialist. I couldn't believe when she told me later over Skype that she had actually been diagnosed with Cataracts, and this is not the first time as she was born with it however there is something wrong with her lenses now. She loves being outside so the Doctor said that maybe it was all of the exposure on her eyes kicking in. I'm unsure however.
Anyway, so apparently she is going to need surgery on her eyes (I'm not sure if it is both or just one or whatever). Her mother is single so it will be hard for her to pay for it. I want to help her so badly.
